I always like to see how cooks prepare food. Before kids, I used to ask so many questions at my favorite restaurants that more than once, I'd be invited into the kitchen to see for myself :D
Connie This place is so good. As you can see in the background of the second photo it is basic restaurant accommodation but the food is beautiful. It is 50 metres from the main door of the Changi Village Hotel in Singapore - it's called the Aerodrome (cause you can see the planes landing from there!) and we can both eat our full for $10. Wow is the word to describe! And I agree, people can give you a recipe, but watching them prepare/cook it is the trick - that way they can't leave a secret ingredient out either!
